Made of 60% of Malvasia and 40% of Trebbiano. After harvest, the grapes are left to dry naturally on wattle shelves for four to five months before being pressed and then fermented in wooden kegs for 5 years in barriques and then in bottles. Yellow gold in color with brownish notes, we find the aroma of dry fruits, candied fruits, honey and white flowers. The savour is very balanced fresh and silky.
