In general, the price includes:
- Tour of the winery and the cellar accompanied by one of the guides of the winery;
- Wine tasting according to the chosen package (i.e. bronze, silver, gold, etc.);
- Selected complimentary snacks and food
In any case the full list of services included is laid out in the view details screen of each tasting package. This information will also be in your confirmation email, and can be found in your account as an upcoming booking. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here.
You can make a reservation directly on Gotto. Once you’ve entered the date of your stay and scheduled a visit, the rates will be clearly displayed. You can pay via any major credit card. Our payments are processed by Stripe Inc., and therefore secure. We do not keep or store your credit card details at any time.
Kids below 18 years of age will not be charged for the tasting, as it is assumed that they will not consume wine. If they do (under your responsibility), you must list them as adult when you select the number of people attending. In any case, please make sure you select the number of kids attending so the wineries can make the appropriate arrangements.
Once your reservation is completed and payment made on Gotto your visit is confirmed. In the unlikely event that the winery is no longer able to accommodate you and your guests, you will be notified as soon as possible and automatically reimbursed. Your confirmed booking will appear under the “Your Bookings – Upcoming” section, where you can see details of your reservation or make changes to your booking anytime.
Yes, you can cancel or change your booking by signing in to your account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here. You are allowed to cancel your booking at any time up to 48 hours before the wine tour at no cost. A refund will be issued, you will receive confirmation of this via email. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your wine tour you will incur the full amount of the wine tour.
Your credit card will be charged when your booking is confirmed by the winery (you will receive an email when this happen). In case you want to cancel your wine tour and are eligible for a refund, you will receive notification of your refund via email.
